On Saturday, October 20, 2012 Megan (Tim's big sister) and Julian were finally married after many years of dating. We were so happy to be a part of their special day!
The girls did really, really good. I couldn't have been happier to see how good they were. It was so nice seeing so many family members and good friends for the evening. Such a great night! We were very nervous for many reasons and everything turned out great. Nothing could have been better, honestly.
I don't have any photos on when it all started on Wednesday night when we loaded up the girls in their jammies and went to the airport to pick up Tim's Pop-Pop. He was quite surprised to see that we had all made the trip to get him! The triplets kept saying "Hi Pop-Pop" to him as soon as we saw him. It was such fun! He loves his littlest girls. He has five daughters, 1 step-daughter, 4 granddaughters and 4 great-granddaughters! Lots of girls!
I don't think he put Emily down the whole time he was here! Here he is with Emily and Natalee the following day:
Thursday was spent cooking, cleaning and getting things ready for the Rehearsal dinner the following day. The girls LOVED playing with their cousins and Aunts and Uncles. They got so much attention and I am so thankful for all the help!
Friday, we had the Rehearsal, which we barely made because I happen to scratch my eye in the morning and had to get to the Eye Dr to have it checked. I made it to the Eye Dr just in time and we made it to the Rehearsal with moments to spare! It was sooo painful and I couldn't wear my contact until it was checked again on Monday. I was worried because I cannot see anything two feet from my face when I don't have my contacts in. So I wore one contact and did the best I could. It gave me a massive headache but I managed.
Here are some photos of the girls practicing walking down the pretend aisle, with Zach, Julian's nephew, and our cousin Kaitlyn. The girls kept smelling the mums. And they loved playing with Abby too, one of my friend's daughter.

The Rehearsal Dinner was wonderful and the food was all homemade by wonderful cooks. It couldn't have been a better evening. We dropped the girls off with my parents at our house and they visited with them and their Great-Nan, Great Aunt Suzie and Great Aunt Stephanie. And of course they brought them some wonderful little gifts and cards and money to pick out their favorite treats for Halloween. So sweet! It was so nice visiting with them the two days that they were here!
On Saturday, it was the big day! It was nice to have a somewhat of relaxing time that morning before the rush!
They got married at Cortland Mansion in Hagerstown, Maryland. It was beautiful, but a little chilly!

So after the wedding, family and the bridal party went over to the city park to take photos. It was a little chilly but it went pretty fast.

And then we went back to a fabulous dinner and lots of fun dancing. The girls danced the night away until the very last song!

Natalee enjoyed lots of Aunt Terri's carrot cake!

Needless to say the girls were BEAT and slept the ride home and were a little cranky the next day, but we all rested. I then came down with strep throat and Madelynn and Claire had it by the end of the week. Tim had a cold and so does Natalee and Emily. Luckily everyone is on antibiotics now!

Great pictures! My girls are in their first wedding this winter. Looks like your girls did a great job!
