"HOPPY" EASTER!

Happy Easter!

Easter morning started out in a rush to get to church on time, by 8:45am! Getting everyone ready was a challenge but I am proud to say we did it, and were there a little early even! This is the year of NO EXCUSES--thank you, Biggest Loser! I was not using any excuses why we couldn't get to church for Easter service on time!

The girls have been playing with their new Easter baskets for two weeks now and although they love to carry them around, they ultimately prefer to wear them as hats. For some reason, I have yet to get a photo of this. I will though, it's hilarious.

We didn't get the girls anything this year because, well they have ENOUGH!!!! My goodness, I dream of how to organize all the "things" they already have! These girls are so spoiled and I only hope I can teach them the importance of appreciation and just how lucky they are! Since I had bought so much at the Tot Swap last week, I just let the grandparents spoil them, once again, I wasn't let down! They have such wonderful grandparents! (On Wednesday I'll show what their Nana bought them, which they are LOVING!)

Anyway, after Church we went to a park and look some photos. The girls were not into being very cooperative because they were tired and hungry, so I had to be very quick.

They still look so adorable in their Easter dresses. I cannot believe how grown-up they look this year. Last year, they were barely a couple of pounds, and only 4 months old. I can't believe the difference! Emily wore the girl's dress from last year and looked super cute, however, I didn't get a photo of her in it. :( I only snapped this photo of her "second" outfit of the day, which she looked so cute in. I will get better photos of it this week, but I wanted to get one photo of her before her bath. She had a "My First Easter" bib too, but by the time I snapped this with my phone, the bib was long spit-up on! She is getting so big, already, and looking more and more like her sissies!

I can't believe my big girls couldn't even sit up last year and now they are running! They love to get out and run, but it's so hard when they are all going in complete opposite directions! And of course they will not sit still for a second, so getting a photo of them all together is impossible!

My sweet Natalee

I love this one....it describes our life with them right now...everyone going in the opposite direction!

Natalee LOVES to push anything!

Let's get the birdie!!!!!!!!

Mom, I hate headbands!

Get it away from me! (And then she flung it across the grass! Oh Madelynn, my oh my!)

Sweet, but sassy Lola Mae!!
This was the best photo I got of them all together!

The girls were so tired and wanted to eat lunch and go straight to nap. I did too, but I had to cook the ham and all the sides before our families arrived.

We had a wonderful dinner, all together, and the girls enjoyed their time with everyone. We played on the deck and spent some time in the swings, enjoying the nice, warm weather and family time!  They are such lucky little girls to have both sets of grandparents loving them so much!

Hope everyone had a blessed Easter!

Play Date!

The other day I had a friend come over with her 11 month old twin girls, Isabelle and Anabelle! They are very identical and super sweet!

We all had a blast playing together!

Tot Swap!

This past weekend was the Tot Swap...which is a HUGE maternity, baby and kids consignment!

I have only been to the one near our new house once and on Wednesday evening when I dropped off all that I was consigning, I was hugely surprised that it has grown to almost four times as large as it was in the spring of last year!

As I walked around putting my stuff out, I looked for things to add to my list of what I wanted to get the next day!

Even though I got to get in at 4pm with a pre-sale pass the two things I really wanted were gone. I was hoping to get a big red wagon and a water table which I had seen the day before! Oh well, I still found some awesome deals! I much rather spend some money on getting a bunch of second hand stuff then EVER purchasing brand new!

I got a Little Tykes kitchen for $35 bucks! This I'm sure will be in our family for quiet a few years. Claire absolutely LOVES it and has had a hard time sharing it!

A doll house for $12. Three push-poppers, TWO PINK,  for $13. Two ride-on cars, ONE PINK, for $13. Another outdoor swing for $10, and it's PINK! Some cute girly books. Some bath books...and I am sure more stuff that I can't even remember. I also got them some Carters onesies for summer, with the tags still on them!

However, I did get a bunch of clothes for Emily that still had the tags on them! Even though she was born on a month different than the girls, she is much more the porker and isn't going to be able to stick with a lot of the clothes I had for the girls. All of the girls summer stuff was in mostly 3 months and very few 6 month, and Emily barely still fits in 3 month clothes at only 2 months! So, I took advantage of buying some really cute things for her! It's so easy shopping for one, I swear! :)

Here are some outfits, Emily is looking oh so cute in them!

Also, Nana bought the girls two power wheels ride on princess cars which I know they are going to love this summer!

All and all it was a great shopping trip!

Happy Birthday William!

On Saturday we were so happy to go to another birthday party this March!

My sweet friend, Shannon's son, William turned ONE on March 31st!!

The party was great and the decor was awesome! Shannon has her own party business...and I am just a tad bit jealous of the extra time she has to make such cute designs.

The food was amazing too!

The girls had a lot of fun! I was the only Mom there with multiple children, meaning everyone else had just one. I must say my girls were very well behaved and since they are so used to being with each other, they have no problem being around large groups of people. I am so happy they are such easy little people!

Claire fell completely in love with this red balloon. When we were leaving she even tried to swipe the balloons in the front yard. Girlfriend was not happy when it was time to leave without the balloons.

Natalee kept trying to swipe William's gifts...what is it with these kids?!

Here are all the Mommas with their babies!

We had a lot of fun and sorry Daddy couldn't join us! Nana did though and we were so thankful because I cannot take these girls out yet all by myself, it's just completely physically impossible.

Even Little Ms. E had her party dress on!

Time to sing Happy Birthday!

Thanks Shannon and Brad for inviting us! We had a lot of fun and love William being our friend!
