Just some photos from the last two weeks...

On Memorial Day weekend (Monday) we went over to my MIL's house to have a little BBQ. Even though it was a little cold out, the girls enjoyed playing in their sand box pool for awhile and then we brought in their new picnic table to eat on! They loved it!

Natalee helping Daddy pour some more sand in it.

Nana bought them a new picnic table! I know we will be getting a lot of use out of this!!!

They LOVE pushing the deck swing back and forth a hundred times! Their giggles are precious!

And these photos were too funny not to share. A few days later we all went for a walk around the neighborhood and the girls just looked so cute I had to take some photos of them. Emily had her hair up for the first time. They had no intentions of standing still since we were all ready to leave.

And here are all FIVE on our walk...

We've now been to the park twice (two days in a row) since Anna has been born. I must say, I pretty proud of myself taking all five by myself. But really, I swear it's easier now with five then it was with four while pregnant. I fell like I have so much more energy and we can enjoy life again.

I'm so looking forward to having a fun summer with all my little ladies!

Weekend Happenings!

We finally made it to our first softball game of the season! Sadly - no photos were taken because I was exhausted running after three toddlers going in every direction other than the one I wanted them to go in! They had so much fun though and that is what matters! And to say they were extremely filthy is an understatement!

We had a Yard Sale. While being in the front yard, I finally wanted to take the time to plant my flowers that were dying waiting to be planted for weeks, but again, didn't get around to it! I will be doing that THIS week! However, on the yard sale, I made almost 300 bucks! I'd say that wasn't too bad for a Saturday morning! Also, after I packed up my stuff, my MIL and I headed out to some of the other yard sales and I found a wall mounted white metal gate for $6 bucks...retails for $60!

We set up the girls little pool on the deck that my MIL got for them from a neighbor, which to say they LOVE it, is an understatement! These girls of mine are obsessed with water, sand, dirt, mud, mulch...anything they can scoop, throw on their heads and make a mess with! (However, Natalee, is the OPPOSITE! She is a diva and does NOT like to be dirty!) To bad it's suppose to be rainy and a little colder this week!

We went on a date! Kinda a funny story though! We had an Outback gift-card that my parent's gave Tim for his birthday, so we enjoyed an AWESOME meal there and watched the Kentucky Derby. It was seriously one of the best meals I have had in a looooong time! And then we stopped by WalMart to pick up some cheap candy before hitting the movies. I mean, what is a date if you don't go by WalMart? Ha, anyway, we finally found a parking space and headed to get into the super long line at the theaters. Mind you it was prom where we live that evening, so we figured it wouldn't be super crowded with teens...yeah, guess again. It was packed. Like, line out the door packed. And we have had these movie tickets for 2+ years... seriously, they were bought on 01.04.2010! But oh well. We got up to the counter and said we (I, Tim had no choice on this one!) wanted to see The Lucky One and the lady said, "I don't think it is playing due to technical difficulties," and I said, "well is it or isn't it?" and she said, "it isn't!" BUMMER! I may have seen a smile on Tim's face. I was pissed though. We never get to get out by ourselves and we finally do and the movie I have been wanting to see isn't playing and then all the other movies were sold out until after 10PM. I don't know about you, but that is waaaaay past my bedtime with four kids that get up early and need my complete attention all day. Ugh, so were ran a few errands and went home. We caught up on shows on the DVR and ate our candy. Still a super fun evening.

And then on Sunday, we did some MUCH needed relaxing and enjoying some good family time! Complete with lots of laundry, catching up on more shows and cleaning. SO thankful to my wonderful hubby who scrubbed all the floors on the main level and vacuumed the whole house! It's okay to be a little jealous...he is awesome!! We also hung some more stuff on the walls that have been waiting since we moved in to have their permanent place on the walls!

It was a great weekend and hope you had a good one too!

Father's Day Weekend Re-Cap!

**This is way overdue...just like all the post scheduled for this week. We have had a busy week with traveling ad a few other things so I apologize for the delay in posts!**

We had another wonderful weekend! I swear that I live for our family weekends--it's the only time I ever get somewhat of a break around here in our little chaotic world.

Friday afternoon before nap time, I dropped the girls off with my mom and headed to Frederick to run some long-overdue errands! Before I knew it, the car was jammed packed from Target, Costco and Wal-Mart. And Friday night, I once again stayed home with my girls and indulged in an entire pizza myself. I had to explain to Tim when he arrived home that there was none left because, yes, I in fact ate it all myself. I had to explain that a few times before he clearly understood me. It was quite funny.

Saturday Nana came over and we played as usual!

Tim went to play golf with his best friend Nate for Father's Day and had a wonderful time! When he arrived home Tammy had made tomato soup with dumplings for dinner which was absolutely wonderful! In fact, after Tammy left, I found Tim in the kitchen doing dishes and eating the rest of the soup and dumplings with a very guilty look on his face, but I can't blame him, it was sooo yummy!!

On Sunday we hung out with those who made Tim's Father's Day celebration possible, our little girls! I am such a blessed woman to have such a wonderful husband and perfect partner as a father to our little ladies. He couldn't be a better man or dad!

Madelynn had a blow-out before I could get a photo of all the girls with their daddy so that is why her outfit doesn't match her sisters in the photos below! UGH!

After the girls woke up from nap, we went to my parent's house for dinner and desert. We had yummy kabobs on the grill which included steak, red and green peppers, pineapple and mushrooms with rice and I made a homemade blueberry pie for desert.

All in all it was a great family weekend!

Weekend Re-Cap with LOTS of photos!

This past weekend started off with a girls night in, since it was waaaay too hot to go to softball with Tim! We had a lot of fun full of eating cereal and veggies, bathy-time, stories and watching "our" show (Baby Einstein).

While I was giving each of the girls baths, I had the other ones watching Baby Einstein in our room, and Claire was so darn cute watching her show and waiting her tun for her bath...

Hey, what are you looking at?

Natalee looked so cute too...

Claire even managed to stay awake until 11:30pm blowing bubbles and spitting all over the place! Her new favorite thing to do is cover her eyes with her hands and blow bubbles as loud as she can everywhere...she is such a goof! Finally she fell asleep and I could get some rest too, thank goodness.

Saturday Nana came over and we played and baked some goodies which included coffee cake, strawberry pie and lemon cake for Grandma's birthday celebration! Tim had to work for a few hours and then was home for lunch. I got to run some errands and also went to try and pick up some already-picked fresh strawberries but the local orchard didn't have any so I before I went to pick some myself I realized I had left my phone at home and so decided I would head home instead. I begged Tim to brave the 95 degree weather and go back and pick some strawberries with me and he agreed! But boy was it HOT and since it's the end of the season here, there wasn't much to pick! But I also got some tomatoes and some zucchini before leaving!

We even tried on our bathing-suits and took some pictures with Nana!!

Eat my hand Natalee!

Mom, aren't you going to help me?!

Claire

I never get tired of taking photos of three little tushies!

Gatar with her tongue out!

Lots of giggles!

Natalee watching the Phillies with Daddy! This girl LOVES all sports!

Hey Mom, bring me a drink!

I also got to take rest a little in between laundry since my throat is still hurting and I'm coughing like crazy, but I think I am improving...slowly, but not nearly fast enough for my busy life!

Saturday night Tim and I had a quiet evening in with our three little loves. We also got to snuggle up and watch a movie together which was wonderful, however the movie wasn't so good, or at least I didn't think so. We watched Sanctum, and even though it's based on a true story, the true story is NOTHING like the movie, which I found disturbing because the  movie is just full of death and dying. In the true story, NO ONE dies, and which after watching the movie, I think that would have made a much better movie then what was made.  But I love laying in the couch in the dark night with the one I love, eating popcorn! Nothing better that that!

Sunday we hung out around the house with the girls and finished up chores before heading to Grandma and Grandpa's house for steaks on the grill, salad, and baked potatoes! Not to mention yummy lemon cake and strawberry pie with cool whip for desert!

Grandpa giving Claire lemon icing!

Yummy, Mommy, I LOVE LEMON ICING!

It was a wonderful weekend and I hope yours was too! We have some busy weekend ahead of us with some traveling to other states for family events and a little vacation time, so I am super busy trying to make lists and organize all that we will need for a our trips! I can't believe the stuff we need now but it will be great for everyone, not to mention I am super excited to see family, have something to do and somewhere to go!! :)
