Homemade Sunshine!

Last year, we had some wonderful family friends give us a juicer for a wedding gift. Well Tim finally dug it out of the closet and was determined to "make some juice"...so we went to Costco and bought some oranges and a pineapple...just to start.

All I can say is OH MY GOSH...it is AMAZING! I have never tasted something so wonderful...fresh pineapple orange juice! We are so excited to make some other creations and this is now my new favorite kitchen gadget! There are so many recipes that came with the juicer, and most of the drink recipes call for rum...I thought, ok, I'll be hooked! I told Tim that everyday when I come home in the summer I would like a fresh fruit/rum drink (ok, maybe not everyday, but you get the point!).

For this juice, we used:

1 pineapple

12 oranges

We cannot wait to try out all the other recipes for this awesome little gadget!
